The specific work methodology for goalkeepers of Iker Casillas Academy (Iker Casillas Goalkeeper Coaching System) has been developed for the integration in leading academies and clubs in international markets. This methodology is implemented through Spanish trainers and directors who travel to the destination countries for its execution.
UAE is the first country to incorporate the Iker Casillas Goalkeeper System through the Fursan Academy, the professional club and academy structure. This union aims to consolidate itself as the leading training proposal for goalkeepers and goalkeeper coaches in the GGC area.

Goalkeeper Director ICA
Juan Garrido is a goalkeeping coach with more than 9 years of experience at Real Madrid. He has been part of the coaching staff for relevant coaches such as Carlo Ancelloti or Julen Lopetegui, developing his work with goalkeepers like Iker Casillas, Thibaut Cuortois or Keylor Navas; He treasures in his record titles of Champions League, Spanish Super Cup, European Super Cup and Club World Cup with Real Madrid CF
He has the National Qualification Level-3 UEFA-PRO and Spanish Football Federation degree. Additionally, he is a professor at the European University of Madrid.
A professional football player for 15 years, 8 of them in the first division and formed in the lower categories of Real Madrid, being international with the Spanish Under-18 and Under-21 teams and champion of the Copa del Rey.
